I saw a new neurologist yesterday and he is suggesting Botox. I already use it cosmetically and love the results. Interested in others experiences.
I'm on my third time using botox with no results. However I'm with a new neurologist and he insisted on trying it again.
No. I've been on botox for over a year. No problems except not being able to look surprised.
I got Botox a couple months ago for migraines and it has helped the pain part of my migraine but not any of the other symptoms such as sensitively to light and sound and it only stopped the pain from reaching my forehead the rest of my head still hurt around my temples and such.
Also, I know botox doesn’t usually cause dizziness but two weeks after getting the injections I’ve been terrible dizzy like vertigo every day since. Not sure if it could be related since it is a neurotoxin. Anyone else experience this?
I had botox for many years. The first time it worked well as long as it was done every 2mos and not every 3mos and I had GON blocks at the same time. Then after I ended up in a coma for 2mos from complications from a surgery the botox stopped working so I stopped. I've recently moved to Florida and my new neurologist suggested trying again but they are still a no go and actually they get worse. I'm on to medical marijuana now and have tried a few strains that have helped somewhat.
