Headache, Nose Bleeds And Vomiting

I've had these three symptoms for 2 days and I'm wondering if I should seek care from an ER. Ive never had a migrain like this. Came out of nowhere without an aura and slammed into mt head like thunder. I've tried several OTC remedies and took my last 2 Maxalt. Idk what to do

I would go to the doctor in case there is something else going on, just to be safe. If it’s not what you usually experience that could be cause for concern. Stay hydrated too.

You should be under the care of a neurologist to go to.
