Do You Wear A Night Guard?

A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

So i reccently discovered that maybe my TMJ is causing some of my migraines. I have been recommened to wear a night gaurd. Does anyone one have a favorite brand of night guard that they bought and wear? I really need one that isn’t bulky.

i was fitted with one years ago and i have tried and tried to wear it at night but I always wake up with it spit out on my pillow. I guess I don't care for it. lol. it did not work for me.

I have never worn one, but I grind my teeth. I’m afraid I would be like some others and I would spit it out. My mother wore one when I was little and I remember thinking she looked like a football player.

I can't wear those until I get my teeth redone, I'm due for new ones. I had a few bad experiences with my jaws going haywire, but that was a long time ago. Sorry I can't be of help here.
