My diagnosis of my constant migraine is intractable migraine and status migrainosis. I also have cervicalgia, basically constant pain in my neck.
After a few years of constant migraine I started having issues with balance.
I separately have essential tremors and take Primidone to try to keep it from getting worse but constant migraine has made my tremors much worse anyway, just trying to keep from getting where my head and neck tremor so migraine not even worse but my neurologist has noticed tremors in my voice already.
Anyway point was that I do have balance issues and have to walk with a forearm crutch and sometimes I do feel like everything is spinning or weaving. They were giving me a low dose of steroids but had to quit because I was diagnosed with osteoporosis.
