I tried supplements recommended by my neurologist but they didn't stop the migraines just made them less severe, but since I've been on Qulipta, very few migraines even when the weather changes which is a big trigger for me. Talk to your neurologist about supplements and Qulipta.

I'm getting relief by less severity which I'll take! In the middle of a 3 day snow storm right now, woke up at 4:30 am with one so its going to be a very long day.

I'm going through vestibular physical therapy because of dizziness that contributes to my migraines. Things are getting better, but never knew things like passing cars, trees and hallways would be so troubling.
