Amazon, of course! We have Amazon devices all over our house, so I just ask Alexa to play Binaural Beats for Migraine. My specialists told me about it and it sounds weird the noises and music, but it's actually very relaxing. Most likely, if you don't have Alexa, you could buy it on Amazon. There are so many! I love guided meditation, where someone talks you through it. Also on Amazon. I'm sure that Apple has it as well as many others that I don't know about!

I had my daughter find a meditation video for me while I was in the er for a speech impaired migraine. Between the IV and the tape I regained my normal speech. It took me over a week for my speech to come back from.a previous episode. I still had difficulty with my cognition for several months. My cognition is better but I'm still having difficulty.
