I get dizzy whether I have a migraine or not

You can also have the dizziness without headaches and vice versa, I hope this helps

Yes it’s called dizzy migraine or ventricular migraine. I went for a balance test to have it diagnosed. It is like vertigo but not . My PCP thought it was vertigo till I had the test. Effexor/. Venefaxili was prescribed to help that type of migraine at 150 mg extended release . Naturally I couldn’t take it , I got severe headaches instead but I can take 75 mg, go figure. I also went to special physical therapy and learned an exercise to help, but I don’t like exercise lol. So I started Botox shots, they help me have a lot less headaches and if the dizziness is bad I start the exercises they do help.
