I use essential oils to help me relax during an attack. The fragrance that works best for me is eucalyptus/spear mint I buy at Bath&Body works. It helps me sleep better at night.

I use Migrastick (Amazon) and it helps somewhat. I highly recommend the book “The End of Migraines: 150 Ways to Stop Your Pain”. The author (a headache neurologist) also has a blog with interesting info. In his book and his blog, he lists several natural alternatives and I’ve tried a bunch of them and something is making me feel better after two and a half months. I hope it’s not a fluke, but something has changed. Because I started several things at the same time, I can’t pinpoint what’s actually helping yet. I have daily headaches so any relief is welcome. We’re all different so what works for me might not work for you. I’ve been taking Migrelief, CoQ 10, fish oil, stopped eating gluten and nuts and meditate daily. I tried a CBD tincture which didn’t help.
