I take Magneaium and B2. Also B12. Helps. Vitamin C also

I'm taking Migrelief and it has reduced my auras quite a bit. I still have daily headaches but they're less severe. It took almost 3 months to help, so hang in there if you decide to try it. I haven't had any side effects from it.

I have been taking magnesium tablets, my doctor mentioned it to me that I try it. But so far it has not made a difference for me.
