Vestibular had to do with balance and spatial orientation . I have vestibular migraine with auras but no pain. Dizziness’s, poor balance and a host of other symptoms distinguish it from other migraine. At least that’s my understanding.

I was just diagnosed with vestibular migraine, I have nausea, dizziness and fatigue.
No pain. Lights in stores are a trigger, lack of sleep also . Just cut out aspartame and down on caffeine. Trying to change . Taking magnesium, B2 and quoqu10. Going to start Aimolig injectable
