Hi Gloria, I have had constant Nausea for twenty years. I have not found much relief. Ginger ale and crackers help short term. I also drink Ginger lemon tea and make my own ground ginger ice cubes. The ice cubes can be added to seltzer water to avoid sugar or can be added to ginger ale for a stronger effect. Sorry I cannot be of much more help. Shawn

I have Zofran which can be prescribed to take under the tongue. It’s very helpful for nausea.

When I first started Topamax I had a lot of nausea but once my body got used to the medicine the nausea went away. I just had to be patient, it took a few weeks.
