Some people have reported finding relief from migraines through chiropractic care, which involves spinal manipulations to relieve muscle and joint pain. However, results can vary, and not all CAM (complementary and alternative medicine) treatments have been rigorously studied for safety and effectiveness. It's important to consult with your doctor before trying any new treatment, as some CAM treatments can interact with medications or exacerbate other health conditions.
For more detailed information, you can refer to the following points from my knowledge base:
- Chiropractic Care: Application of spinal manipulations to relieve muscle and joint pain.
- Results: Some people claim relief, but effectiveness varies.
- Constraints: CAM treatments may not work for everyone and can sometimes worsen migraines or interact with medications.
Always discuss with your healthcare provider before making changes to your treatment plan.

I go to the chiropactor weekly. He adjust my atlas bone that is out of place and pressing on my brain stem, which is triggering my migraines. I’ve been going for 2 months now and for me it has made a significant difference.

I got relief but for a VERY short amount of time. I mean, I'm talking 30 mins. Still, if the migraine is bad enough, 30 mins is a nice break!

Chiropractor care never helped my headaches no matter how many times I tried it. It DID, however, fix my sciatica pain right away. Amazing!
