I have friends that love their Oura rings. They say it gives them and their docs insight into their patterns. I know when I am in the middle of a vertigo attack I cannot move and cannot seem to explain to my docs exactly what is happening. The Oura ring apparently bridges that gap.......... costly though and I do not have one.
