I find that the blue light glasses work best for me but when I am experciencing a spell, the computer is not my friend. I also had to purchase an expensive monitor so that my migraines which can start with my eyes is not as hard to work on or look at. Good luck.

Can you share where you made the purchase for the glasses and monitor?

Another thing that has helped me is Magnesium either in roll on or spray. I get alot of boby cramps at the beginning of a migraine and the magnesium has helped when used on the cramp. I get it either at Whole Foods or Amazon but check the reviews. Quite a few items advertised provide minumual support. Needs to be at least 10% magnesium.
