It's been 3 days now. I feel the same. Headache pain , pain and 3.

It doesn't feel like it is serious to go to urgent care. I have had a TIA a few years ago

Any advice would be great

Thanks Cathy Grammer

I would reach out to your specialist if you're experiencing issues still on this giving them detail what took place. I would also make note in a migraine log that is dated just in case this ever happens again.

What happened during that shopping trip, and the fact that it's been going on for 3 days, is worth taking seriously — especially with a history of TIA. Please don't wait on this one.

The symptoms described — dizziness, confusion, being off balance, and a headache lasting more than 3 days — are red flags that need medical attention right away. This isn't about being overly cautious, it's about being safe. Please seek emergency care immediately if any of these are present (and some already are):

- Confusion or feeling "out of sorts"
- Balance problems
- Headache lasting longer than 72 hours
- Numbness or tingling
- Trouble speaking
- Vision changes

A headache lasting more than 3 days alone is reason enough to get checked out. Combined with dizziness and disorientation, please go to an emergency room — not just urgent care — today.

This is not the moment to wait and see. Getting evaluated quickly is the right move here. 💙
