For those that use Cefaly, it says use for 60 min for migraines and 20 min on a pain-free day. I never have a pain-free day?

For those with chronic headache daily, do you use it for 60 min daily or 20 min daily?

Migraines and Restless Legs

When I get really bad migraines in particular, my restless legs get much worse. Does anyone else have this happen and if so, what do they do to help it? I find it so frustrating. Thanks, Cathy
