My sinuses bother me. I used to think it was allergies but then I learned that it is actually the other way around. It isn't a sinus headache giving me a migraine, it is migraine inflaming my sinuses and making my nose run. My headache specialist explained it to me.
It happens to a lot of people. There was a big study done called American Migraine Study 2. You can read about it on the American Migraine Foundation website under sinus headache I think.
Not to say nobody gets sinus headache but I treat them all as migraine now and feel better.
