It doesn't help that vast majority of meds we take for this list tiredness as a side-effect.

Yes I do but having celiac, fibromyalgia and depression makes me tired too.

I am tired a lot of the time . If I am not having a headache,I am recovering from one.

Yes every day I a few hours of energy before the onset of the migraine and then I am overwhelmed with fatigue. I think the fatigue is sometimes the hardest. With triptans and pain killers you can numb or medicate most of the symptoms but there is nothing you can do for the fatigue except sleep your life away.
