While I can't be much help in regards to the tingling, I have migraines every day. They pretty much never go away, so I can understand your concern. Some of my symptoms include memory loss, confusion, vertigo, and of course the intense pain. According to my neuro, all of these symptoms are "normal" for certain types of migraine (although that offers little comfort or relief). I have found nothing that will relieve my pain, symptoms, frequency or intensity of attacks. Try to do some more research and find others who experience the same thing. I thought I was alone until I looked around.

Its possible the tingling in your head is apart of the migraine attacks ... Have you been to see a neurologist?

Try not to worry too much, as stress can trigger migraines ironically.

Look up Allodynia! It's a symptom and makes my "hair hurt" but I also get needles stabbing my head at times. When that happens I know it's gonna be a long attack/higher intensity migraine.

I was told the tingling and sharp/piercing pain I feel in my brain is a symptom of the migraines. I was diagnosed w/ ice pick headaches due to migraines. But keep trying to find a doctor who will listen and be willing to help. It took me many doctors till I finally found the right team. Make sure you find a headache specialist.
