I found the combination of Caffeine and Erogotamine in this drug to be very effective.

I believe you can get it from Northwestpharmacy.com which is an online Canadian pharmacy and it is certified. (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) i buy all my meds from a Canadian pharmacy it is a lot less expensive if your insurance does not cover meds.

My mom took cafergot for 20 yrs. I've tried getting it and did for a short time before they stopped making it in the US as well. They helped, with a nausea med was a must.

Thank you Amber. Interesting to know. Maybe they weren't making enough money off of it. A shame for Migraine sufferers, because it actually worked. The closest that I get to Cafergot now is using Migranal Nasal spray, which contains Erogotamine, and drinking an Expresso.

I have use Cafergot/Migergot suppositories for 38 years. This was my miracle medication to get rid of my migraines. Without it I have a headache every day that can turn into a really horrible migraine. Unfortunately, I am told by local compounding pharmacy pharmacies. They are no longer producing the ergotamine. I did recently find a pharmacy in Canada name is Canadian pharmacy King and they carry the tablets which they get from Turkey. I have ordered 90 tablets which will take about 3 to 5 weeks. Hopefully they will work.
I have tried all of the medication doesn’t do a thing.
Unfortunate that they did stop producing this medication
