I bought one about 3 weeks ago so still deciding on its effectiveness but I have had a migraine today and used it and it defo helped. Takes a little getting used to tbh ... I’ve had a TENS unit for years. I recently purchased a new one with many more settings on it. Amazing! I cant live without it for my back and neck pain. But when I have a severe migraine, I can’t even look at it. Tried it once and got severely ill immediately.

Awesome to hear!! I have been able to keep my migraines to a minimum since getting the Cefaly. When I feel a headache coming I put my Cefaly on right away!!

Mine is working really well too...still have a few headaches but no migraines in the last couple of weeks!

I have the unit with the 3 settings and I love it!!
