Hi Rita
I will give that a try I do have a tens device I use for my lower back when it flares up. Thanks for the advice on that want hurt to try. You were helpful. Hope you get feeling better also. Have a great evening.
I’m sorry Danny, but I have not tried any of these devices that is named here, however I do have a tens unit that I got from my doctor for my neck and I have used it in the past when my neck pain was getting out of hand but after about 10 minutes of it my migraine and neck pain went away. I would hazard a guess that most of the devices use the similar ways the that the tens units do…just basically a vibration sends wavelengths to the applied areas to ease the tension / pain. I’ve read several people have said the Ceflay doesn’t really work that well so I’ve just stayed with putting the tens unit pads on my neck where all the nerves stem in the neck for the migraines turn it on and just lay there for a bit until it is gone. Usually about 20 minutes. Sorry I can’t be of much help here :-) Hope you are feeling better!
