Im so exhausted! Does anyone have any go to for the fatigue? I feel like I've been run over by a truck for 2 days after then another migraine starts and it all is a big loop. I'd like to have a few hours what I'm not totally useless!!!

KathPeart I have chronic migraines also 24/7 and I know how you feel.

I have chronic migraines along with dizziness and numbness every day the main thing that helps me with fatigue in Gatorade I use the low sugar one since I am a diabetic

I am fatigued all the time as i have migraines every day if it is unmanagable i just lue down in dark room and sleep as i cannot fight it keep hydrated as far as possible cool room with blackouts and quietness thats all i can do take care
