Leslie Ann Messer Have you ever mentioned this to a dr? That is your first step. Either your internist or go to a good neurologist. Get the correct diagnosis. Imitrex is a prescription drug for migraines (sumatriptan is the generic name). It saved my life because nothing worked. It comes in pill form, injection, and nasal spray. I suggest you do some research on migraines before you see a dr. It would also be helpful to keep a journal on symptoms, triggers, etc. There are many types of meds now for migraines. These sites may help you know what to write in your journal: migraines.com and webmd.com. Remember what works for one person may not work for another. I use cold on my forehead. It make me feel a little better. If you are given medication make sure you always carry at least one dose with you. I carry 3. You'll never know when you'll need it. If you want to ask me questones or want to chat feel free to get in touch with me. GL Roberta
