I have had some positive experiences with Excedrin headache. This is caffeine and acetaminophen. They also make Excedrin migraine which is aspirin and caffeine, but I’m allergic to aspirin. Sometimes I use it as a preventative if I’m starting to feel woozy or have other pre-migraine symptoms during the afternoon.
I have nothing negative to report about using it, but like everything else, sometimes it works better than other times.
I like to keep it in my arsenal of rescue medications.

Since covid it's hard to find migraine over the counter meds such as tylenol or excedrin. Only one I can find are drugstore brands. They work just as well. I use as a last resort.

It does helps during the morning.. I can't drink coffee but the caffeine tablets do help. Getting the arteries open up in my head. It usually 200mg which is about a cup of coffee. It effects everyone different. I tried chocolate to get the caffeine but it is painful to no end. I hope this helps
