On and off all day today and my cocktail of meds and oxygen treatments are just not working today and pollen is off the charts. I grin and bare it. So used to them, I do not let them control me. I carry on.

I so understand the pain of those clusters. I am not chronic tho. You give me strength, dear lady! I have had 4 children and remain committed in saying...I'd rather give birth.
Have you tried drinking a redbull at the first sign of an attack? I can't stand the taste, so I drink a coffee monster. 4 out of 5 times it will help me. I realize not the same thing works for everyone.
Last round, I slept in a recliner. Hubby thought I lost my mind, but it took the edge off...again...for me.
I wish you pain free days from the beast. I really do.

I cannot stand Red Bull and do not drink coffee. I am a tea sipper. My meds the Neurologist and my Primary give me and my oxygen help me tremendously. I just grin and bear the bad days and carry on. It also throws off my Circadian clock, thank goodness I am retired and I can afford to stay up all night when I get an attack at 3:37 a.m. like clock work. LOL😁

Was diagnosed with migraines at age 50 but had them since age 19 but was not identified back then and Mom gave me BC powder and they went away. Then 9 years ago I was diagnosed with Chronic Cluster headaches and those are not fun.

Anne, I feel like I've been through the works. I spent years with neurologists, then a cervical surgery to eliminate one type of migraines triggered from herniated disc 5 years ago. I've had C2 Nerve ablations, nerve blocks, and Botox through pain management for the last 3 to 4 years. I am currently taking Qulipta daily, Ubrelvy for break through, and Tramadol. Often I use Acetaminophen with caffeine as my insurance only covers 16 Ubrelvy a month. Some days needing 2 pills. I have had GI bleeds and can no longer take aspirin products, Allee, ibuprofen, all NSAIDS. Pain management is saying there are no other options. I can't take strong pain meds as they cause severe itching even with Benadryl. Pain management says they may need to refer me back to neurology if this month's Botox doesn't improve my frequency of migraines. It affects my work and personal life severely.

Are Feverfew 380 mg., and Butterbur Extract 75 mg, and Cherry BC over the counter?

I have sensory auras: smells, taste in mouth, sound, and light.

I am open to trying what you have shared.
