Migraines And Pregnancy
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

My migraines and tremor have come back VERY severely due to having to come off all my meds due to being pregnant.
I'm in my 3rd week of Being unable to work because of them.
Im no sooner getting over one migraine and I get another. I'm really struggling with the pain as I cant take my meds.
Any advice on how to treat them without medication woukd be greatly received.
I'm 25 weeks pregnant.

Talk to your doctors. There are some medications you may be able to take in moderation.

At least for mild headaches Oral-Gel (for teeth) rubbed on your forehead helps. Also a slice of ginger root on you forehead helps. Drinking homemade ginger tea can help. Using ear plugs help when a low front is coming in. Of course watch your diet.

Could always try a hot water bottle at the top of your neck that helps my head ache quite a bit, also those role on things that ya role across the forhead they might be OK I'd read the label still though just incase :)

Do you have an icecap? Ice is my absolute favorite during an attack.

That is very hard, speak to your doctor and see what they say. Good luck
