I’ve been living this way for 12yr now. I try to go with the flow so I don’t get to stressed and meal it worse. But mine started 22 years ago and escalated after my hysterectomy. I think it’s my hormones
Hi yes ive discovered these symptoms are all part of getting or recovering from a migraine.how I cope is now I know they might be on way is be prepared, deep breathing fror dizziness, lightness and anxiety, sit down if possible and relax, plenty fluids and some soft music or movie to take your mind of whats going on,now thats if your at home.if out find quiet spot in ie cafe shop, ask for stool if you have to and a drink explain you have a migraine, sit, close eyes and deep breath until you feel ok to make it somewhere safer or someone comes to get you,its all in the forward planning for these things, ive discovered. My kids hate when im in town and their phone goes cause they know what it means,i need them to come get me or im on way home and need my room darkened etc.I hope this is some what helpful.
I'm surprised your doctor has not tested you yet.
