Hi I am seriously considering the Daith piercing and I have heard people say one ear or the other is better. My migraines move left side, right side, full on. Which side should I choose? It’s painful so I don’t want to do the wrong ear and have to get it done again 😳😳😳

I suffered both sides so had both done all be it at different times second time had a bar rather than ring and was much better , much less painful, healed quicker

I had both ears done at different times first ear had a ring put in, second ear had bar fitted , and found that less painful and healed much quicker, dont get any migraines now but still get headaches but only need a couple of otc pain killers and it's gone. I'm always changing my earrings, love a bit of bling

I did both!! Migraines are greatly diminished, both in frequency and intensity
