I dose myself daily with caffeine, I know it isn't for everyone but it keeps the worst at bay for me

Some self care that works occasionally for me is theraspecs or any tinted migraine glasses. I have 2 pairs for indoor and one for outdoor. Migraine x earplugs help with preassure. Huge fan of cbd on the neck and temples on the side thaf hurts. I have tried several brands and have a favorite but have to be careful the smell wont do me in. I also love magnesium oil: it does sting a bit so i just spray it on my stomach and neck. I use ice packs, eye masks are kept in the fridge. I also have a herbal neck pillow when i can stomach it and a heating pad when i cant. I have prescriptions for migraine and nausea. But hate to take rhe medicine too much. I get so foggy and have trouble speaking before after and during a migraine. I did get a cranial ? Massage which helped and another masseuse taught me breathing exercises that helped with an oncoming migraine. I have also found eating less processed food and anti-inflamatory food helps. But I am that person that easily forgets the after effects of what i eat. I hope you have found help.

U need to see a good neurologist who will give you off-label drugs and migraine drugs to try. Most won't work. Good luck.

Any of the OTC meds will more than likely lead to rebound headaches.
