Recently my head/scalp has been sore to touch, little bumps so I changed my shampoo,no difference. Then I thought it was when I nneded to wash my hair as scalp was very sore to touch even water touching it was achy. Now it just seems to be tender/ itchy last few days like migraine is coming out onto my scalp, weird feeling.Anyone have this or something similar?

I get the bumps and sore scalp also. Sometimes I carefully press the bumps and gently massage them and they go away.

Yes! My scalp gets so sore and tender! I describe it as “little people” ripping out my hairs one at a time. Even the lightest feather touch can bring me to tears. I can’t wash my hair, brush it or put it up. A slight breeze moving my hair literally feels like it’s ripping my hair out by the roots!

This is actually normal for many sufferers. As far as my episodes it happens after the inflamation from the migraine subsides. Like of like a bruse after you get hit. Hope this helps... I havent heard of a preventive for this symptom just another thing we have to deal with.
