Hi I havent heard of it but my neurologist did mention it to me when I was 1st diagnosed with hemiplegic migraine that if I didnt mind myself, takes meds and if we didnt get them controlled etc it was rare but it was possible that coma could happen.Thankfully it hasnt happened and we seem to have them reduced from over 15 days a month to maybe 3-4 a month thanks to monthly Ajovy injections and topamax. Stay safe.

Hi Karen and I can honestly say that I never have heard of that, I'm not sure if this question makes me scared or is very useful information... If this is the case, I believe that I would have been in a coma for 2+ years. Please post if you get any FYI's. Be well and a good day ~ Monica
