Yes. I do wake up in the middle of the night with migraines and I tried to take 2 to 5 baths to get the pressure off and shut everything off and lay down in my room in total darkness and sometimes if that does not seem work from the time that it starts to the time before I have to get up at 5Am for work and if my migraines does not go away before 5Am I have to call out of work and force myself to stay home from work. Trust me it sucks I lose money when or if I have to call out of work or can't do my house work or my daily activities (my hobbies my art work).

I know those actions all too well. It sucks because your losing money and also because, at least in my experience, the people you work with don't understand and think you're faking it, because they can't see it. I would measure my migraines on whether the pain was so bad I couldn't drive, just so I wouldn't lose money after running out of sick time, which I could hardly ever accrue because I used them so fast.
The Be Koool (yes, it has three ooo's) Soft Gel Sheets for Migraine, really do offer relief. I put mine on the back of my neck. It lasts 8 or more hours. I also now take 400mg's of Magnesium Oxide before bed. This has been a real help in not waking up with a migraine.
I hate that these things interfere with the daily chores and activities. I do walk 10-15 miles per week in the early morning, which really seems to help. I also hobby in photography and drawing. It's mostly impossible to do either with migraines, for me, it is unbelievably painful for my eyes.
I wish you the best and I hope my suggestions help.

Oh god yes! I really hate that. I have no tricks for that one, well except to raise the head of my bed. It helps a little.

Yes, I get a migraine around 2-3AM every morning. If I'm not allowed to take a migraine rescue (Relpax only 2 per week) I have a bag of tricks I use, which include: Hot shower with water as hot as I can stand beating on the most painful areas, followed by 800mg ibuprofen and meditation...If all that fails, believe it or not, I use my elliptical walker for 30-60 minutes. It's hell doing the elliptical in the middle of the night feeling there's an axe buried in my skull, but it works about 75% of the time.
