Same. I tinted my car windows as dark as allowable by law (not very) but it helps. At work, since the lights are for the whole office, one of my coworkers unscrewed the bulbs over my cubicle and put a note for maintenance that these are purposely disabled due to medical issue (needed to notify the manager too, but they all already know I get migraines) and this way, my coworkers can have their light and I get some relief.

I wear sunglasses everywhere. Even in stores. Especially in Doctors offices. those fluorescents.

Yes. Brghter colors, like yellow and pink. Especially when they are flashing.
