I definitely find the allay lamps helpful. I use them almost exclusively instead of my normal lights now and it’s reduced the severity of my migraines a lot as I’m very sensitive to light. Though, I still get them daily. I do highly recommend them though, for anyone with light sensitivity. They’re a game changer. It’s like the benefit of a dark room but you can see!

Wanted to update you on the allay light i purchased for my friend. She said she finds it very soothing and does help some when she is having a bad day. she uses it at work and at home. Hope this helps

Purchased a Alllay green light for a friend abut a month ago. Still waiting to see if it helps.

I have never tried it but if it works let me know I will try it
