I have aura a few days beforehand. I use that time to make sure I have all my
Meds and make my bed comfy. I also make Sure my sleep mask is close by to prepare for the inevitable.

Yes, not everyone has pain w aura. My mother never had pain w it and neither have I.

@A MyMigraineTeam Member, yes Neurontin does help migraines. I've been on this medication since 2018 when I started having migraines due to epilepsy. I take 3200mg and have gotten a lot of relief finally. No migraines for 2 weeks!
