Can someone give me the clinical definition of these type headaches? I am a person who has been headachey since my late 20s early 30s. For a period of time they were quite bad but my former primary of years ago said my headaches were for vascular in nature. My persistent debilitating headaches waned in my late 30's through my 50s but recently I had a brain bleed(now resolved) but I don't know if that is the cause of my new type headaches because I also got the J&J vaccine, which did not agree… read more

Ice Packs And Dark are my go to I have done that for years! I would suggest to try putting your feet in as hot as water as you can stand and put ice packs on head neck. I Have been diagnosed with a lot of the different migraines! I use medical cannabis and I do gravol for throwing up and I use demoral shots when they get unbearable.

I get Botox every 12 weeks and occipital injections every 12 weeks. In addition I take eletriptin for active migraines up to 3x week, and I’ve got Daith piercing in both ears. The piercing has been effective for me. I also had severe side effects from the covid immunization: 1week 24/7 migraine with the first Moderna shot and 3weeks 24/7 migraines with second shot. I used ice (really frozen peas) under my neck and on my forehead. I can’t take aspirin or ibuprofen because of my stomach. Ibuprofen and a coke were my go-to for 40 years then I started having severe stomach pain and knew I had to quit. I don’t like it but I have to take opiates with Tylenol. My husband is very supportive and I’ve got a great female neurologist. I tried the monthly injections but had neurological side effects, I also have MS so I had to quit. Right now I cope pretty well but I did have to retire early.
