Ice Packs And Dark are my go to I have done that for years! I would suggest to try putting your feet in as hot as water as you can stand and put ice packs on head neck. I Have been diagnosed with a lot of the different migraines! I use medical cannabis and I do gravol for throwing up and I use demoral shots when they get unbearable.

I get Botox every 12 weeks and occipital injections every 12 weeks. In addition I take eletriptin for active migraines up to 3x week, and I’ve got Daith piercing in both ears.
