No ginger beer taste like your chewing on ginger with a bit of fizz. I take zofran but often that doesnt work. I think when the migraine is that big of a beast. I just have to let it all out then i start back wth sips of ginger beer, chamomile tea. I used drink ginger lemongrass tea but its too sweet for a migraine. But good idea to keep some in the freezer. Thank you for the reminder. Because that does help and i miss cooking with it! Im from the south and we freeze everything. My boyfriend is from south america and thinks the freezer is just for ice and ice cream. So i had to stop! But i will start again!

I make a ginger tea. I keep a fresh ginger in the freezer when i need it i cit off like 2 dime sized pieces and boil it in water. Works most of the time. I also have nausea meds for the times it doesn’t work. Does ginger beer taste like beer, cause i really don’t like the taste of beer. LOL

I take a couple sips of bundaberg. Its very strong. And one bottle will last me a day. Some days chamomile tea is better for me. But if i cant stomach anything and need calories i go for ginger beer. There are loads of brands out there. Thats just the only brand they sell in my small town.
