I belong to Migraine.com and they release a free magazine every month full of articles about migraine and how to cope with it. For exampke, they just recently discussed the different CGRPs. They also highlight patients' stories of how we each deal with living through migraine. I was just interviewed about my "joy shots" or "mindful appreciation" as we're calling it now. To listen to my interview, search for Profiles in Courage at Migraine.com by Holly Harding. Holly is one of my favorite authors, but everyone is really good. I often go back and read Holly's older articles. I can honestly say she changed my life. It's because of her articles that I developed my new attitude and created what I call joy shots. If you join, you can also post comments about what you've read. Check it out!
