Migraine Elimination Diet

Has anybody tried the migraine elimination diet? I was just giving it by my neurologist and I am very overwhelmed and intimidated.

I did it! I found out that nuts (and peanut butter) chocolate, caffeine and MSG cause my migraines. I hope you discover your triggers and this helps lessen the frequency of your migraines. Good Luck! You can do this!!

I would try using a calendar to mark everytime you get a migraine. Also write down what you ate that day. You can then start weeding out what might be triggering them.

I am so sorry that you are still struggling. Not food related...I have also found that changes in the barometric pressure, getting over heated, a change in my sleeping habits (sleeping too much or too little) and stress cause my headaches too. And then - alot of the time - they just come on for no reason at all. Keep your rescue meds close by at all times.

I have been trying to figure out my triggers for so long the main one I found was alcohol. I quit drinking 3 years ago. I still get them from no where. I have nothing to warn me. Its like Boom here I am!! Happy pain free day! 💜 Happy 4th! ❤️🤍💙
