Is Daily Ibuprofen Really Dangerous?
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have a migraine headache starting first thing in the morning every day. Some days the headache is more severe and some days not too bad. Also, some days it resolves by noon and some days lasts all day. Overall, you can see it really interferes with my daily activities activities and just general sense of well being. Nobody wants to have a painful headache all day every day. I have found that I can reliably reduce the pain significantly by taking 2-200 mg Ibuprofen at 4:00 am and 2 high potency… read more

Daily ibuprofen is not good with turmeric as they damage your liver . Instead you can try some yogi brand green teas with chamomile and lavender plus their ginger tea. When you take too many otc pain killers they gave you rebound headaches every single day

It takes a tool on your liver.. I usually take 2 650 Tylenol daily but it doesn't help on my bad days

Low dose aspirin works for me much better than even a high dose of Tylenol does. I'm not sure about the rebound effects; trying not to rely on it too much, but on days when I have a headache that's manageable without going to the Rizotriptan which I try to only use as a last result, the low dose aspirin can usually buy me a few hours of comfort.

I used to take Ibuprofen when I had a Doctor who didn't believe I had migraines. I got to the point where I was taking so much that when my blood work came back Iit said I had issues with my liver and kidneys. Just like taking Topamax for 20 years did the same thing. Have your blood checked to make sure you don't have issues.
