Does Anyone Have Migraine With New Daily Persistent Headache?
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have had a headache for 3 years/3 months every day, all day. Sometimes I have an aura, but it is not a classic migraine...no problems with light or loud noise, no vomiting. It is debilitating and doctors cannot figure it out.

First thing is for you to study your headache. You will find out there are many types of headaches. Figure out which type you have. Also learn the history of headaches. I started this over 35 years ago when I asked myself why all the doctors in the world couldn't solve a migraine. At the time I knew very little about headaches. Today I know a lot. Drugs are not the solution for most headaches all Drugs are is a temporary relief. Most headaches are a psychological problem and not a medical problem. You are the best person to solve your headache.

Yes!!! I’ve recently just noticed that it’s everyday I’m waking up with horrible headaches that start at the back of my head.

I don't think they are psychological but medical and for me I found drinking more water has helped

I’ve dealt with migraines for over 25 years. Some are triggered by allergies, weather changes, smells, foods, etc. I’ve been on 2 meds prescribed by my neurologist since October and they don’t seem to help that much. I’ve been seeing a physical therapist that specializes in spine and neurological issues and she has been awesome! I’ve also been seeing a chiropractor that diagnosed my C1 vertebrae as out of alignment. Working with both of them, my migraines have gotten better, but not gone yet. The goal is to get back to work, not be “cured”. I’ve been diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine Syndrome caused by Cervicocranial Syndrome.
