I have had positive experiences with Cefaly. I take my regular meds and use the Cefaly to reduce the pain and sometimes shorten the migraine. The website does run sales, I got mine from Amazon.
As for meds, if you have not yet, see a neurologist…I’m just another dude with chronic migraines.
Hope you find some relief.

I tried Cefaly for regular migraine it did not help so I sold my unit. In UK there is a cheaper alternative made by Lloyds Pharmacy called Migraine Tens. Even with shipping might be a cheaper option for you to try.

Cafaly did not help me but I did not have a sinus headache; mine is NDPH (New Daily Persistent Headache). Cafaly is $400 and not covered by insurance. Why not try a TENS first. You can get one at the drug store cheaply and see if the concept helps you.
