Travel play have fun had to many friends and acquaintances that have passed away I know I have to work around my headaches but you got to have a dream.

I would like to alleviate stress . Stress causes my headaches to become bad migraines . I try to stay out of stressful situations. I am learning to trust God more because he has a plan for my life !
I would love to not have migraines ! We all would but I don’t think all of mine will go away . Let’s say for an example barometric pressure wrecks havoc on me . Storms don’t either .

Spend more time out of the dark.
Be more creative.
Work more with my team on the migraine plan we're building.
Spend more fun times with my husband.
Including and art date each month I'm able, if I can't go, maybe a virtual museum visit. hmm
My mood has increased recently.
If you're on Keppra check out the side effects, I'm so grateful I'm off them. I'm no longer gloomy

I want to clean my back yard and use it more for alone time cause the house is small. And go camping more. Safe solo nature trails release all kinds of self discovering thoughts and endorphins.
