I would like to become way more active as I’ve physically gone downhill due to fatigue, migraines and depression. I am getting out more which is hard as a single person. And without my party crutch; wine. But I’m doing ok!
I'm running a marathon February 19th and I wanna get under 4 hours, which is a 9 minute mile pace!
