I just started and enjoy it very much , it keeps the stress off my shoulders and loosen the up so I won't get as much migraines and the heat they apply is really helps.

I haven't been able to in over 10 years, but I'm going to start back up. I used to get neck and shoulder, sometimes full back, massages twice a week that helped immensely. I'm going to start that back up as well as going back to a chiropractor. My neck, shoulders are hard as rocks with little rocks in them, no range of motion in my neck, can't get my chin to my shoulder on either side, have arthritis in my spine. I really believe that anything you can do to loosen the muscles around your neck and shoulder area all the way from your skull to your scapula will help you. Best of luck, my friend.

Be Blessed 🙏🏼

So far, the PT only relieves my headache for 20 minutes and then it's gradually back to a #7-8 all day. I'm trying to stay hopeful like all of you.

No, I have not. However, I have had 4 rounds of PT for my back and I have degenerative disk disease. It is my opinion that back and neck PT should help with headaches esp if you have tension headaches. I have osteopenia too. I have been suffering from a lot of back pain lately and will be seeing an interventional spine doctor next week. It seems like the back, neck, and head are all connected when you consider all of the nerves and muscles involved. I do massage therapy twice a month. I get spurts of headaches and then they quiet down. Not sure why that is happening but am glad when the headaches stop for awhile. I do think musculoskeletal problems probably do have something to do with some headaches. I did some back exercises to a video by Sherri Betz, Ph.D. physical therapist and my back felt better. She consults with the Bone Coach program I participated in and run by Kevin Ellis, a health coach. It was well worth the money. Look up Kevin Ellis, Bone Coach or Stronger Bones Solutions to help with bone issues. I think exercise helps too unless you have headaches that are triggered by exercise. I am looking into swimming again at the Y or a swim therapy program. The more O2 you can get pumping into the brain from exercise, the more we all might see a reduction in headaches.

Yes, I just started. No results yet, but I am hopeful because they tell me my neck is in knots.
