I bought a sleeping mask with gel beads in it. You keep it in the fridge. It is a lifesaver.

Yes, I get puffy and heaviness around my eyes. I usually put my cold mask on my face.

Yes every time the headache is on my forehead and Iā€™m more dizzy and light sensitive and when Iā€™m on the computer for more than15 minutes
