There is no pain. There is no pain. The problem is vertigo and dizziness.
I have no pain .... just vertio and dizzy
I have vestibular migraine and the migraine pain comes and goes, but the migraines themselves are near constant and so is the lightheadedness/dizziness/vertigo. I also have bouts of nausea, ear ringing/popping, stiff neck & muscles from constantly trying to correct my balance, and fatigue/shaking extremities due to stamina exhaustion.... yeah, I've got it all. Don't worry you're not alone. This diagnosis is debilitating and it's even more frustrating when there aren't any real treatment options around. I was diagnosed with this almost 2 years ago at age 28.... this is not how I pictured my 30s haha
My attacks are also pain free most of the time. It’s all of the other neurological symptoms that bother and scare me.
I'm living with vestibular migraines. For the past 15 years I have experienced intermittent balance problems, tinnitus, vertigo and dizziness with ear pain. Mostly pain free attacks but with other migraine symptoms. I'm 54, and this year has been the worst. Since July, I have had to take time off from work and now had to reduce my hours as my health is affecting my work responsibilities, so I'm not happy at all.
Welcome, Ann to our world of pain. I have the dizziness and daily persistent headache, not vestibular they say. Where do you treat for your headaches?
