I have had some mild twitching from time to time as well as some cramping. What I find helps me is magnesium spray. Several sprays on the areas affected twice a day. We all are different so it may or may not help, but it is cheap to buy and give it a try.
Have you ever been checked for Chiari Malformation 1? I have it along with migraines. Some of your neurological symptoms sound like Chiari symptoms.
