I haven't taken it specifically for a sinus headache but I know it does wonders for me in clearing up nasal congestion. I take it when it's hard to sleep because I can't breathe through my nose comfortably. I also can't take it too often or it has the opposite effect of leaving my nose progressively more congested than before when it wears off.
