I have done research looking for examples of successful applicants but haven’t been able to find any. Any help is greatly appreciated. 🙏
It sounds like you are on your way......Social Security Disability is much more difficult and then you would need a lawyer for sure.
Yes, you MUST hire a lawyer that deals with SS claims. Where do you live?
Hire a lawyer too. They don't get paid unless they get you Social Security Disability successfully. Make sure the lawyer is a disability lawyer with a good reputation and success rate. I was referred to mine by our adoption attorney.
I think you may need help with a health provider. The application would require documentation of lhow you been suffering, how long is the duration: it's more medical... key: has hinder from working.. I am just trying give suggestions.. sorry
I'm starting to gather my info and getting ready to start yo apply for SSI. I have over 30 diagnoses and I know they still deny you. Just wondering. Because I have so much to gather and so many specialists, how much..on the average..do the lawyers generally get if you do end up winning? And is it a lump sum?
